The Maranta leuconeurav Kerchoveana, also known as Rabbit's Foot (see the markings on the plant). The leaves are green with striking patterns that resemble a rabbit's foot (these marking do vary in colour - some are light, others are darker). Like all Prayer Plants, the magic happens at night when the leaves fold up as if in prayer, giving the plant its name.
The Maranta leuconeurav Kerchoveana is easy on the eye and has several benefits for your home. It's a natural air purifier, removing toxins and impurities from the air. It also thrives in low to medium light, making it a super choice for those who don't have a lot of natural light in their home (particularly us Brits in the winter). And, unlike some other houseplants, it's relatively easy to care for (making it a great gift) - make sure to keep the soil moist and avoid direct sunlight.
It's worth noting that all Maranta's will need staking if you decide you want them to grow upright. They naturally trail down otherwise as they cannot support their own weight.
My first order with this company couldn't be any better.
Super fast next day delivery, safe and recyclable packaging, very good prices (both plants and postage) and a personal email from management was a nice touch. Thank you all, keep up an amazing work
