Chamaedorea elegans, better known as the Parlor Palm, is one of the most popular indoor palms thanks to its graceful, tropical look and easy-going nature. With slender stems and delicate, feathery fronds, it instantly brings a touch of calm greenery to any room. Originally from the rainforests of Mexico and Guatemala, this compact palm thrives in low to medium light, making it perfect for homes and offices where sunlight can be limited. Its slow growth and upright shape also mean it fits neatly into smaller spaces without outgrowing its welcome.

Caring for a Parlor Palm is refreshingly simple. It prefers evenly moist soil, though it will forgive the odd missed watering, and benefits from occasional misting to mimic its humid origins. This plant is also non-toxic to pets, making it a safe and stylish choice for households with cats or dogs. Whether placed on a side table or used as a floor feature in a decorative pot, Chamaedorea elegans adds a timeless, elegant charm that suits both modern and traditional interiors.

During this time, you must provide photos of the plant as evidence. After the 7-day period, we cannot process any claims, as it falls outside of our live arrival guarantee.

Important: Repotting your plant within the first 7 days will void our guarantee.

Delivery

Order before 4pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch. Orders are fully trackable. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for most parcels, dependent on weight. If it's heavy, then it needs to go via DPD.

Shipping starts from £4.95 for Tracked 24 and £7.95 for DPD Express.

I purchased a Magnificent 75cm Alocasia Zebrina Elephant Ear plant. Absolutely stunning. The plant was so healthy with baby leaves coming aswell. PACKAGING came in a huge tall 'Live Plants" cardboard box. So secure with all the stuffing, the plant pot itself was bagged and tied in a recyclable plastic bag so no soil fell out.
