How long does it take to ship my order?

Not long. All items are in stock and ready to ship. If you order before 4pm Monday-Friday (excl. bank holidays), we ship the same working day.

Where do you ship?

We only ship to the United Kingdom.

Where's my tracking?

Depending on the service you chose, you'll get tracking once your parcel is in the system and has been scanned by either Royal Mail or our chosen courier.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for all credit and debit cards including PayPal and Apple Pay.

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

At this stage we don't.

Orders and Returns

Plants Arrived Damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of your order arriving and include a clear photo of the damaged plant so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.

We have simple guidelines to help your house plants settle into their new home comfortably. Since plants can be sensitive to environmental changes after shipping, they may take a few days or weeks to adjust. Please follow these tips:

  1. Location: Place your plant in the right spot, as advised on the product page.
  2. Watering: Be careful not to overwater (which is more common) or underwater your plant.

If your plant doesn’t recover from its journey, we offer a 7-day health guarantee. This means you have 7 days from the date your plant arrives to report any damages. During this time, you must provide photos of the plant as evidence. After the 7-day period, we cannot process any claims, as it falls outside of our live arrival guarantee.

Important: Repotting your plant within the first 7 days will void our guarantee.

Plant Sizes / Heights

All plants are measured from the base of the pot to the tip of the plant when it's held out straight - this is how the growers measure plants.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns of non perishable goods and you can begin the process by clicking here.

— The item must be brand new and unused.
— The return is made within 14 days of delivery.

— You will be responsible for returning the item safely at your own cost.

— If your item/s arrive back to us damaged we will take pictures and email them to you. In this instance, no refunds can be made.

Note: We do not accept returns of plants because they are perishable and cannot be resold once returned.

Are returns free?


Returns are at your cost. See above for more information on returning your item/s.

Can I exchange an item?


We can't exchange - your original item would need to be returned (assuming it's within 14 days and not plants) - once received we would then refund you.

In the meantime, place a new order.

I need to change my delivery address

If the parcel hasn't been fulfilled we can edit the address but if it's already been dispatched it's almost impossible that we can intervene (we will try for you though).

In the event of a parcel being sent to an old address, our only suggestion is you contact the people living at that address. Leaf Culture is not liable for address changes and only you are resposible when checking out as to which address is chosen. No refunds are made in this scenario.

Damage to parcel

In the unlikely even there's damage to the parcel, we will need to claim with our courier. They are strict and we have to jump through many hoops. We will need these 4 pictures to process a claim:

1 - Internal and External images of the damaged parcel

2 - Image of Internal packaging

3 - Image of the Parcel Label

4 - Image of Contents damaged

Without these 4 pictures, there is no claim so please be mindful of this (and it's not us making it difficult either but the courier).
