Not long. All items are in stock and ready to ship. If you order before 4pm Monday-Friday (excl. bank holidays), we ship the same working day.
We only ship to the United Kingdom.
Depending on the service you chose, you'll get tracking once your parcel is in the system and has been scanned by either Royal Mail or our chosen courier.
All plants are measured from the bottom of the nursery pot to the tip of the plant and if a height is specified, this is an approximate height, not set in stone. As all plants are living things, they will vary in size throughout the year, and we do our best to give a guide as to the size you can expect. If in doubt drop us an email hello@leafculture.co.uk. And lastly, minor flaws in the leaves might be present and will not be covered for compensation. It's worth noting that plants naturally age like people and are rarely perfect.

We additionally offer support for all credit and debit cards including PayPal and Apple Pay.

Orders and Returns
We do accept returns and you can begin the process by clicking here.
— The item must be brand new and unused. Plants need to be in perfect condition.
— The return is made within 14 days of delivery.
— You will be responsible for returning the item safely at your own cost.
— If your item/s arrive back to us damaged we will take pictures and email them to you. In this instance, no refunds can be made.
To ask for a return, please contact us so we can send the relevant paperwork.
We can't exchange - your original item would need to be returned (assuming it's within 30 days) and once received we would then refund you.
In the meantime, place a new order.
Returns are at your cost. See above for more information on returning your item/s.
Please contact us within 7 days of your order arriving and include a clear photo of the damaged plant so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. We're here to help so don't worry :)
In the unlikely even there's damage to the parcel, we will need to claim with our courier. They are strict and we have to jump through many hoops. We will need these 4 pictures to process a claim:
1 - Internal and External images of the damaged parcel
2 - Image of Internal packaging
3 - Image of the Parcel Label
4 - Image of Contents damaged
Without these 4 pictures, there is no claim so please be mindful of this (and it's not us making it difficult either but the courier).
No worries - shoot us an email or use the live chat function to get in contact with us so we can help. If you do want to return your item, we will provide details on how to do this.
We have some simple guidelines to help your house plants feel at home and settle in perfectly. Because plants do not appreciate significant changes to their environment immediately after shipping, it may take a few days or weeks for your plant to adjust to its new home. Please be sure to place your plant in the correct location (the product page will advise on this) and ensure it's not over or under watered (more problems come from over watering).
If your house plant does not recover from its journey, we offer a 30-day health guarantee. If your purchase does not meet our health standards, we will work together to find a solution. Please be aware that repotting your new plant into a new pot within the first 30 days will void our 30-day guarantee.
If your purchase was less than 7 days ago, and your plant or product arrived damaged, take photos of the damage and contact us via email. We will work together to find an appropriate solution. Please keep in mind that we cannot offer a refund after our 30-day policy, and photos are required as evidence of the damage.
All plants are measured from the base of the pot to the tip of the plant when it's held out straight - this is how the growers measure plants.
