Gift Vouchers from Leaf Culture are the perfect present when you want to give an actual gift. These Gift Vouchers can be purchased in whatever denomination you like and they are sent in the post.

You are able to leave a few details with your Gift Voucher:

  • who the gift is for

  • brief message (note there's only so much space on the card)

Alternatively, we can send the Gift Voucher directly to you (and you can fill in the details and send it yourself). Don't forget, when checking out, decide if you want it sent to you OR to the person you are giving it to. Make sure you put the correct address at the checkout.

Houseplant Guarantee

We offer a 7-day health guarantee for all plants. This means you have 7 days from the date your plant arrives to report any damages. During this time, you must provide photos of the plant as evidence. After the 7-day period, we cannot process any claims, as it falls outside of our live arrival guarantee.

Important: Repotting your plant within the first 7 days will void our guarantee.

Delivery

Order before 4pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch. Orders are fully trackable. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for most parcels, dependent on weight. If it's heavy, then it needs to go via DPD.

Shipping starts from £4.95 for Tracked 24 and £7.95 for DPD Express.

I’ve just received my plant today and I’m very happy with my purchase.
The plant was very carefully sent in a box that protected it during transportation, very well packed. The delivery was very quick and the plant looks amazingly beautiful and healthy. Will definitely order again and I highly recommend.

Amazing place to go to either look around or buy your favourite house plants. I'm so pleased to have found this little shop, such a variety, I got exactly what I wanted with some really helpful guidance and advice. I even got a free plant and tote bag as a promotional offer through December.

The swiftness Richard replied to my email - very professional.
I purchased a Magnificent 75cm Alocasia Zebrina Elephant Ear plant. Absolutely stunning. The plant was so healthy with baby leaves coming aswell. PACKAGING came in a huge tall 'Live Plants" cardboard box. So secure with all the stuffing, the plant pot itself was bagged and tied in a recyclable plastic bag so no soil fell out.
