You’ll also receive our Green Vibes Plant Fertiliser completely free, giving your new plants the nutrients they need to settle in and thrive from day one. Ideal if you want an easy refresh for your space, or a thoughtful gift where the surprise is part of the fun.

Houseplant Guarantee

We offer a 7-day health guarantee for all plants. This means you have 7 days from the date your plant arrives to report any damages. During this time, you must provide photos of the plant as evidence. After the 7-day period, we cannot process any claims, as it falls outside of our live arrival guarantee.

Important: Repotting your plant within the first 7 days will void our guarantee.

Delivery

Order before 4pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch. Orders are fully trackable. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for most parcels, dependent on weight. If it's heavy, then it needs to go via DPD.

Shipping starts from £4.95 for Tracked 24 and £7.95 for DPD Express.

The swiftness Richard replied to my email - very professional.
I purchased a Magnificent 75cm Alocasia Zebrina Elephant Ear plant. Absolutely stunning. The plant was so healthy with baby leaves coming aswell.
