In its natural habitat of Puerto Rico, this spineless cactus can grow into a tall, tree-like plant reaching up to 20 feet. As a houseplant, it stays compact and slow growing while keeping its distinctive shape.

Seasonal note. From November to March, growth slows significantly. During this period, stop watering and keep the plant away from radiators and cold draughts.
