    Further information on your plant

All plants are measured from the bottom of the nursery pot to the tip of the plant and if a height is specified, this is an approximate height, not set in stone. As all plants are living things, they will vary in size throughout the year, and we do our best to give a guide as to the size you can expect. If in doubt drop us an email hello@leafculture.co.uk. And lastly, minor flaws in leaves might be present and will not be covered for compensation. It's worth noting that plants naturally age like people and are rarely perfect.

Monstera dubia, also known as the juvenile form of Monstera dubia, is a unique species within the Monstera genus. Unlike its more common relative, Monstera deliciosa, Monstera dubia remains relatively small and retains its juvenile characteristics throughout its growth cycle. The flat leaves make it perfect for growing on a pole so you can show off the leaves.

Monstera dubia features smaller, lance-shaped leaves with distinct fenestrations (natural holes) similar to those found in mature Monstera plants. The foliage tends to have a glossy appearance and may display varying shades of green.

This species is often sought after by plant enthusiasts for its compact size, making it suitable for smaller spaces or as a decorative addition to terrariums and indoor gardens. While Monstera dubia shares some care requirements with other Monstera species, it may have specific needs due to its juvenile form and smaller size.

Providing well-draining soil, bright indirect light, and occasional watering when the top inch of soil feels dry can help Monstera dubia thrive. Additionally, maintaining moderate humidity levels and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can promote healthy growth.
