Euphorbia ingens is a stunning succulent that is easy to care for and has a variety of benefits. Common names for this plant are Candelabra tree or naboom.
Although Euphorbia ingens looks very much like a cactus because of its shape and overall appearance it's a spiky succulent. You can always tell if it's a cactus or not because cacti never have leaves and succulents do. The small leaves on this Euphorbia show during the growing season and will eventually fall off during colder periods (avoid picking them off).
Euphorbia ingens requires minimal watering (not as little as a cactus but still not lots), making it a low-maintenance choice for busy homeowners. From October to March, avoid watering at all as this is their dormant period. When caring for Euphorbia ingens, it is important to keep it in bright, indirect sunlight and to avoid overwatering. A good way of telling is if you gently squeeze the plant and it feels a bit squishy, then it needs a drink. It prefers well-draining soil and can be fertilised occasionally during the growing season.
My first order with this company couldn't be any better.
Super fast next day delivery, safe and recyclable packaging, very good prices (both plants and postage) and a personal email from management was a nice touch. Thank you all, keep up an amazing work
