Description

Chlorophytum comosum Irish is a lesser-known but charming variety of the popular spider plant. It features narrow, bright green leaves that arch gracefully from the centre, often with a more upright and compact growth habit compared to the classic variegated types. Unlike the well-known Variegatum or Vittatum cultivars, Irish skips the creamy white stripes and instead offers a pure, vibrant green, giving it a cleaner, more modern look.

Just like its cousins, Chlorophytum comosum Irish is easy-care, fast-growing, and great for improving indoor air quality. It thrives in bright, indirect light but can handle lower light levels too. With occasional watering and basic care, it will produce small white flowers and dangling plantlets that cascade beautifully over time. A simple, fuss-free plant with a fresh, natural feel—perfect for minimalist or biophilic interiors.

We offer a 7-day health guarantee for all plants. This means you have 7 days from the date your plant arrives to report any damages. During this time, you must provide photos of the plant as evidence. After the 7-day period, we cannot process any claims, as it falls outside of our live arrival guarantee.

Important: Repotting your plant within the first 7 days will void our guarantee.

Delivery

Order before 4pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch. Orders are fully trackable. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for most parcels, dependent on weight. If it's heavy, then it needs to go via DPD.

Shipping starts from £4.95 for Tracked 24 and £7.95 for DPD Express.

Amazing place to go to either look around or buy your favourite house plants. I'm so pleased to have found this little shop, such a variety, I got exactly what I wanted with some really helpful guidance and advice. I even got a free plant and tote bag as a promotional offer through December.

I purchased a Magnificent 75cm Alocasia Zebrina Elephant Ear plant. Absolutely stunning. The plant was so healthy with baby leaves coming aswell. PACKAGING came in a huge tall 'Live Plants" cardboard box. So secure with all the stuffing, the plant pot itself was bagged and tied in a recyclable plastic bag so no soil fell out.
