Description

Pilea peperomioides, commonly known as the Chinese Money Plant is a popular houseplant in the UK. In Asia, it's well known for bringing good fortune to the person to whom the plant is given making it a very popular gift!

Unlike other plants, Pilea peperomioides' distinctive appearance sets it apart from the crowd. Its round, coin-shaped leaves, resembling tiny green pancakes, are attached to long, slender stems that elegantly arch upwards. This unique growth habit creates a mesmerising visual effect, making it a true statement piece in any room.

Caring for Pilea peperomioides is also easy - bright indirect light and not too much water. When it does come to re-potting it (check for roots coming out of the bottom), use Soil Ninja Ficus Blend - see this link.

Note: sometimes these plants have markings on the bottom of the leaves. This is plant food that has crystallised and is totally safe but just worth mentioning.

During this time, you must provide photos of the plant as evidence. After the 7-day period, we cannot process any claims, as it falls outside of our live arrival guarantee.

Important: Repotting your plant within the first 7 days will void our guarantee.

Delivery

Order before 4pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch. Orders are fully trackable. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for most parcels, dependent on weight. If it's heavy, then it needs to go via DPD.

Shipping starts from £4.95 for Tracked 24 and £7.95 for DPD Express.

I purchased a Magnificent 75cm Alocasia Zebrina Elephant Ear plant. Absolutely stunning. The plant was so healthy with baby leaves coming aswell. PACKAGING came in a huge tall 'Live Plants" cardboard box. So secure with all the stuffing, the plant pot itself was bagged and tied in a recyclable plastic bag so no soil fell out.
