Low Maintenance: Closed terrariums are almost self-sustaining, requiring minimal upkeep. Each one comes with a care card covering the essentials.

Pre-Shipment Care: Terrariums undergo a 14-day incubation to help plants settle. Minor variations from the photos can occur, but each terrarium has a natural and balanced look.

Shipping: Your terrarium arrives securely packed with moist filter wool. Carefully remove the wool on arrival—plants may appear compressed but will quickly revive.
Note: Our terrariums contain rootless cuttings that will naturally establish and grow over time. If a plant loosens, just gently reinsert it. For any plant issues within 3 weeks, contact us for a free replacement plant (species may vary).
