I had an issue with a plant that was damaged in transit, totally not the fault of Leaf Culture, and they handled the issue quickly and issued a refund for the damaged plant. Fantastic service and will definitely be back to buy more plants soon!

Lovely plant, have placed in my bedroom as it’s the south east corner! Very impressed with this company in general, I had an order of 12 plants and almost all of them actually exceeded my expectations in terms of their growth/bushiness/size. Every single plant was very healthy, with glossy leaves. The delivery arrived 36 hours after being placed (which was late at night) in robust and sustainable packaging. Personal touches also, good customer service and I loved the fact that I had an unexpected email saying that, as a result of my order, they had planted a tree in the Madagascar mangrove forest via Tree Nation. Wonderful.
