Shipping:
- Terrariums are packed securely with slightly moist filter wool, which should be carefully removed upon arrival. Plants and moss may appear compressed, but they’ll recover quickly.
- Each terrarium undergoes a 14-day incubation to ensure plants and mosses are well-acclimated. While arrangements may vary slightly from the photos, every terrarium maintains a natural look.
- Made with rootless cuttings that will grow and propagate over time; if a plant becomes loose, simply press it back into place. If a plant doesn’t thrive within 3 weeks, reach out for a free replacement (species may vary).
