Rhaphidophora tenuis is a rare and eye-catching climbing aroid known for its slender stems and beautifully fenestrated mature leaves. In its early stages, the plant produces narrow, elongated leaves, but as it climbs and matures—especially when given a support like a moss pole—it develops deeply cut foliage similar to a mini Monstera. It’s a great pick for collectors looking for something unusual and sculptural.
This plant prefers bright, indirect light and thrives in warm, humid conditions. Water when the top layer of soil starts to dry out, and be sure to use a well-draining mix. It’s a climber by nature, so give it something to latch onto for the best leaf development. Like most aroids, Rhaphidophora tenuis is toxic to pets, so it should be kept safely out of reach from curious animals.
