This beautiful houseplant, also known as the Prayer Plant, is beloved for its distinctive foliage. The leaves are a mix of green, white, and sometimes pink, with striking patterns that resemble feathers. But the real magic happens at night - the leaves fold up as if in prayer, giving the plant its name.
Maranta Fascinator is a great air purifier but it's also happy in lower light conditions which means it's not so fussy where you position it. That said, avoid direct sublight or else the leaves will become scorched.
It doesn't grow particularly large - perhaps 30-40cm so it's one of those house plants that stays relatively small but still looks the business.
Unique fact: In addition to its other benefits, the Maranta Fascinator is also known for its edible fruit, which is said to taste like pineapple. However, this plant is primarily grown for its foliage and is not typically cultivated for its fruit.
