Misting house plants is highly beneficial to the leaves of plants. Some love it so much, they absorb the majority of their water that way. Not only that but misting increases humidity levels which improves the overall health of your house plants.
In the tropics, most plants live in humid conditions and this is part of what gives them their amazing colours and shapes. Whilst we can't always replicate the exact conditions, we can improve on the dry air that we have in our homes and regularly mist our plants.
By misting regularly, not only does it become an immensely satisfying part of plant parenthood, it allows us to focus on our plants (just for a short while) and help stop those brown tips from showing (which is often a sign of dried leaves).
